Help Your Late Talker Make Real Progress at Home

A 12‑month parent coaching program for 2–6 year‑old late talkers

If your child still isn’t talking much (or at all), and you’re stuck on waitlists or weekly therapy isn’t moving the needle, this program shows you exactly what to do at home, step by step.

You’ll work directly with a trained coach who reviews your home videos and tells you what to say, what to do, and what to change so your child can start communicating more.

Your coach replies to your home videos within 36 business hours so you always know what to try next.

For English‑speaking parents worldwide

(many of our families are in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia).

We’re opening 20 spots for the July Home Talk Coaching Intake so our coaches can keep the 36‑hour response time.

Start Your Starter Month – $497

Next step: you’ll answer a few quick questions so we can confirm Home Talk Coaching is a fit for your child before you pay. Your first payment is $497 for your Starter Month (assessment + first month of coaching), then $300/month starting in 30 days. Cancel anytime after month 3.If we’re not the right program, we’ll tell you right away and you won’t be charged.

Who this is for

This program is for you if:

  • Your child is between 2 and 6 years old
  • Your child is late to talk compared to other children their age
  • You can’t access speech therapy, or you’re in therapy but progress feels slow
  • You’re willing to play, film short clips at home, and send short videos to your coach

This is not for you if:

  • Your child is under 2 or over 6
  • You are not comfortable sending short home videos to your coach
  • You want someone else to “fix” your child without you changing anything at home

A program that grows with your child

Your child doesn’t stay at one level. Neither should your support.

Inside one membership, we have tracks for different stages:

  • Talk To Me – for mostly non-verbal kids who rely on sounds, gestures, or pointing
  • Let’s Talk More – for kids using single words who need help combining words and expanding vocabulary
  • Tell Me Why – for kids speaking in short sentences who need help with questions, conversation, and clarity
  • My Story Time - for kids who are speaking full sentences but yet to tell you what hapened during the day and full stories.
  • Think Out Loud - for kids answering "how was your day?" who need help with problem solving and higher level thinking

You don’t have to pick the right level on your own. Your coach:

  1. Places you in the right track to start
  2. Adjusts your plan to your child’s current level
  3. Moves you up as your child progresses

You always know “what’s next.”

And you don’t pay extra when your child moves up a level — all tracks are included in your membership.

How it works

Step 1: Home Talk Assessment & Plan (Week 1)

After you join, you will:

  1. Fill out a detailed intake questionnaire
  2. Send a few short videos of you playing or doing routines with your child

Your coach reviews everything and sends you a personalized 90-day Home Talk Plan with:

  • Exact games and activities to focus on
  • Example phrases and prompts to use
  • Clear priorities so you’re not guessing

So you stop guessing what to do at home.

Step 2: Send videos, get coaching (36-hour response)

Each week, you’ll:

  • Record 1–3 short clips of real life (playtime, mealtime, bath, etc.)
  • Send them in our secure chat (we’ll show you exactly how)

Within 36 business hours, your coach replies with:

  • What you did well
  • What to change in the next attempt
  • Exact words, prompts, and tweaks to use

No guessing. No generic tips. Just:

“Here’s what to do with your child this week.”

Most parents tell us this is the first time they’ve had clear, specific feedback on what they’re doing at home.

So you know exactly what to change next week.

Step 3: Keep climbing the levels

You’ll also get:

  • A step-by-step video curriculum organized by level
    • Non-verbal → single words → phrases → questions → conversations
  • Printable checklists so you can see progress over time
  • A parent support chat so you’re not doing this alone
  • A monthly Q&A call
    • You can pre-submit questions and videos
    • We record the call and give you the replay (so time zones don’t block you)

So you always know what’s next as your child progresses.

Most families stay 9–12 months as their child moves through the tracks and goals change.

Is this right for my child?

Here’s when this program tends to be a good fit:

  • Your child is 2–6 years old
  • Your child is a late talker (not using as many words or sentences as expected)
  • You want concrete, specific coaching on what to do at home
  • You are willing to send short videos and try new ways of talking and playing

We are not a replacement for medical care or an official diagnosis. Many families work with us alongside in-person services or while they’re waiting.

If you’re not sure, you can always complete the short form on the next page and see if it’s likely to be a fit.

Our 90-Day Participation & Progress Promise

We can’t promise that every child will say specific words by a specific date. No one ethical can.

Here’s what we can promise:

If you follow your plan for 90 days and don’t see meaningful improvements in your child’s ability to connect and communicate with you at home, we’ll coach you for free for the next 3 months.

To qualify, you simply need to:

  1. Complete your intake and receive your Home Talk Plan
  2. Send at least 1 video per week for 12 weeks
  3. Attend or watch at least 2 Q&A sessions

If you do your part and your child’s communication at home hasn’t meaningfully improved, we will keep coaching you at no extra cost for 3 more months.

We take on the coaching risk so you can focus on doing the work.

What happens after I click “Start Your Starter Month”?

  1. You’ll answer a 3–4 question micro-form — a quick fit-check before payment (child’s age, country, main concern, and willingness to send short home videos)
  2. If it looks like a fit, you’ll go to the payment page
    • Starter Month: $497 today
    • Then $300/month starting in 30 days (cancel any time after month 3)
    • Option to upgrade to Private Coach Chat for $400/month total
  3. After payment, you’ll get:
    • A confirmation email
    • A link to our private chat
    • Your onboarding questions and instructions to send your first videos
  4. Within 36 business hours of sending your first videos, your coach will:
    • Review your intake
    • Watch your clips
    • Send you your 90-day Home Talk Plan and first action steps

From that point on, you’re not doing this alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a replacement for speech therapy, or can we do both?

Most families do one of three things:

  • They use Home Talk Coaching while they’re stuck on waitlists.
  • They use it alongside in-person therapy to finally know what to do at home.
  • Or they use it as their main support when in-person therapy isn’t available.

We coach you on what to do at home. We don’t diagnose or replace medical care. Many families find that combining this program with local services gives them the best of both worlds.

Will this work if my child is autistic or has another diagnosis?

Many of the children in our program are autistic, have developmental delays, or other diagnoses.

We don’t treat or diagnose conditions. We focus on helping you:

  • Connect with your child
  • Create more chances for communication at home
  • Use simple, proven strategies in play and daily routines

If your child has complex medical needs, we always recommend keeping your local medical team involved and letting them know you’re doing this program.

Is this for late talkers, or for speech-sound and pronunciation problems?

Home Talk Coaching is built for late talkers — children who aren’t using as many words or sentences as expected for their age. Our focus is helping your child understand more, say more, and connect more.

If your child already talks in sentences and your only concern is how clearly they pronounce certain sounds (articulation), this program may not be the right fit on its own. Not sure? Answer the short fit-check questions and we’ll tell you honestly.

My child won’t sit for Zoom or talk to strangers. Is this still a fit?

Yes. That’s exactly why we use a parent-coaching model.

Your child doesn’t have to:

  • Sit in front of a screen
  • Talk to a stranger
  • Do “fake” activities for therapy

You film short clips of real life (play, meals, routines). We coach you on what to do and say so your child can make progress in the environment where they’re most comfortable: home.

How much time will this take each week?

Most parents:

  • Send 1–3 short videos per week (2–3 minutes each)
  • Watch their coach’s feedback
  • Make small changes in things they’re already doing (playtime, meals, bath, etc.)

You don’t need to create elaborate activities or sit at a desk with worksheets. We fit coaching into your existing day.

Are my videos and information private?

Yes. Your videos are only used for coaching inside the program.

  • You share videos in our private member chat, not on social media.
  • We do not share your videos outside the program without your written permission.
  • When we create the Late Talker Video Vault, we use anonymized clips and remove identifying details.

If you ever want a video removed from our system, just ask and we’ll delete it.

How is this different from watching YouTube videos about speech?

YouTube can give you ideas, but it can’t:

  • See your child
  • Watch how you talk and play
  • Tell you what to change this week

Home Talk Coaching gives you:

  • A personalized 90-day plan
  • Specific feedback on your own videos
  • A clear next step as your child progresses through levels

It’s the difference between watching workout videos and having a coach watch your form and fix your reps.

How long until I see progress?

Every child is different, and no ethical provider can guarantee specific words by a specific date.

What we can tell you:

  • Many parents notice small changes in connection and communication within the first 4–8 weeks when they follow the plan.
  • Bigger changes build over months, as you repeat the right strategies and your child gets more chances to practice.

This is why we built a 12-month path instead of a “quick fix.”

I’m in a different time zone. Do I have to attend live calls?

No. The core of the program is async video feedback, not live calls.

  • You can pre-submit questions and videos for the monthly Q&A.
  • We record the call and upload the replay, so you can watch when it works for you.
  • Your main guidance will always come through your 36-hour video feedback.

Can my partner or a grandparent be involved?

Yes, and we encourage it.

With your enrollment, you get a Partner & Grandparent Access Pass:

  • You can invite one extra adult (partner, grandparent, or caregiver)
  • They get access to the curriculum and can join the parent chat
  • We’ll show them simple ways to support your child’s communication in daily life

Ready to get started?

If you’ve been worrying about your child’s speech for months and feel stuck watching and waiting, this program is built to give you:

  • A clear plan
  • A real coach
  • Specific feedback based on your actual life at home
